Brand Manager responsibilities include:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage a team of marketing and agencies working on brand initiatives.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Ultimately, you should be able to increase our company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
Job brief
- Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and influencer programs.
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
- Increasing sales and market share
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge or high curiosity for the comic book and Web3 industries.
- Manage go-to-market strategies for our products/services online (e.g. social media and forums).
- Detailed oriented and high analytical thinking skills.
- Know channels of revenue generation.
- Know big data and understanding of business intelligence.
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
- Design word-of-mouth marketing campaigns to empower our community to evangelize on behalf of our team.
- Organizing and producing marketing events
- Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
- Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding community needs
- Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities
- Strong social media management experience on all relevant platforms
- Experience creating online content
- Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media, like Hootsuite and Buffer
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
