The Brand DigitalSpecialist will own the execution of the Web3, gaming and metaverse marketing experience for Crocs and implement activations on the cutting edge of digital innovation based on strategy and plans set by the Manager, Global Brand Digital. This will be a highly collaborative role, working to ensure that digital strategy is effectively supporting brand initiatives. This team is uniquely positioned with the opportunity to be especially creative as the Web3, metaverse and video game industries are built on trying new things. This person should have a strong expertise in brand marketing and the constantly evolving digital worlds . This role will provide regular opportunities for learning and growth as industry learning will be key to success for this role. What You'll Do
Complete gaming strategy in partnership with the Manager, Global Brand Digital by attending agency meetings and communicating regularly with agencies to ensure progress on multiple projects at once
Assist in approving brand awareness and revenue KPIs with our ecommerce team through execution of strategies
Launch at minimum one video game integration and NFT program while maintaining currently active titles throughout the next year
Participate in quarterly brand digital strategy sessions to ensure goals are being met
Collaborate seamlessly within the cross functional team to help drive brand digital vision by participating in conceptualization that crafts integration between these opportunities and brand needs
Attend brand marketing meetings and provide written detail in marketing playbooks that support product and brand marketing activations
Maintain brand digital calendar with key dates and information in relation to brand and product storytelling in Airtable and lead the weekly calendar review meeting for the brand digital team
Provide regular updates on various digital industries by producing a monthly learning report shared via Crocs monthly marketing report
Write briefs in Workfront for the internal Crocs team to build assets that will be used to maintain products in video game titles and maintain quarterly cadence of this work
What You Bring to the Table
BS or BA in business, marketing, or related field – and 2+ years of professional experience.
Strong understanding of brand integration into video games and the Web3 landscape.
Highly interested in digital trends and understanding how they can positively impact the Crocs consumer.
In depth knowledge of digital project management and calendar tools such as Airtable, Workfront and Outlook.
Ability to collaborate optimally with internal teams and agency partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
