Responsibilities:

• Architect the platform's self-hosted infrastructure for AI/ML and blockchain technologies.
• Define and lead the technical vision, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
• Oversee development teams and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in AI/ML architectures and blockchain systems.
• Experience leading technical teams and scaling SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of self-hosting models (e.g., GPT4All, HuggingFace Transformers) and smart contract frameworks (Solidity, Hardhat).

Responsibilities:

• Build strategic partnerships with brokerages, MLS platforms, and real estate tech firms.
• Drive adoption of our platform among consumers and brokerages alike.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to scale SaaS platform revenue.

Requirements:

• Deep connections in the real estate technology sector.
• Proven experience scaling SaaS platforms in the property industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify high-value partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Design conversational AI assistants using NLP, voice synthesis, and generative AI technologies.
• Implement LLMs (e.g., GPT models) for text generation, intent detection, and dialogue management.
• Optimize ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) systems for real-time applications.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with NLP tools (Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy) and voice synthesis technologies (Coqui TTS or ElevenLabs).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools for model deployment on self-hosted infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop consumer-facing web applications and agent dashboards using React/Node.js.
• Build secure authentication systems, responsive designs, and real-time notifications.
• Integrate blockchain-based features like NFT marketplaces into the platform.

Requirements:

• Expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Experience with Redux Toolkit for state management and JWT authentication systems.
• Familiarity with Google Maps API integration for property visualization.
