About The Company:

Our client is a leading onchain investment consultancy serving over 1,500 individual and HNWI clients. With a team of 40+ crypto-native analysts, consultants, and support staff, they process more than USD $15M in annual revenue and have established a strong presence in the blockchain investment space over the past three years. The company is dedicated to transforming onchain intelligence into actionable investment insights through data-driven systems and deep market expertise.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the design and development of non-custodial, onchain asset-management systems. The CTO will be responsible for architecting and scaling secure infrastructure for portfolio execution, wallet connectivity, and cross-chain integration, building the foundation for professional-grade systems that allow investors to retain full custody and control.

You will translate strategic business objectives into a clear technical roadmap, recruit and mentor a world-class engineering team, and deliver reliable, scalable, and secure onchain systems that can operate at a global level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term technical vision and architecture for onchain asset-management systems.

  • Lead the design of infrastructure supporting wallet connectivity, transaction routing, smart contract integration, and cross-chain execution.

  • Build and manage a high-performing engineering organization across backend, data, and frontend domains.

  • Establish and enforce standards for system security, reliability, and scalability.

  • Oversee infrastructure operations, DevOps pipelines, and cost optimization.

  • Manage technical relationships with external partners, custodians, and service providers.

  • Ensure systems meet rigorous security and compliance standards for institutional-grade clients.

  • Communicate technical direction and progress clearly to executive leadership, investors, and key stakeholders.

  • 8+ years of experience in software or systems engineering, including at least 3 years in technical leadership roles.

  • Proven track record in building and scaling cloud-native or blockchain-based systems.

  • Deep understanding of smart contract design, wallet infrastructure, and cross-chain protocols.

  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go; experience with Solidity is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, DevOps, and security best practices.

  • Experience balancing product velocity with compliance and technical rigor.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.

  • Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.

Grab the chance and don't lose it. Apply now!
