We are looking for a highly motivated person, who has experience in multi-media marketing and community management. The role requires not only skill in Digital Marketing but also experience in Customer Support such as building a smooth customer journey from user acquisition to retention.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO and plan strategy to deliver the company Target and KPI’s.
• Design, structure and execute strategy to acquire and engage Play-to-Earn Scholars
• Oversee and Manage official web and social media accounts(Discord, FB, Twitter etc) across metaverse Job Japan
• Design community marketing initiatives to engage Scholars.

Skill /Experience:

• At least 5 years experience in Social Media marketing
• Experience in Data Analysis
• Managed and controlled team including outsourced staff
• Ability to work and deliver requirements with team from various national and timezone
• Strong English skills with emphasis on planning.

**Work Location and other conditions: **

• Work Location:Remote work from anywhere but in +3.5 hours timezone from Japan.**
• Work Hour: 10:00-19:00JST
• Must prepare PC and Wifi access by yourself.**
