The Arbitrum Foundation is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable professional to serve as the primary bridge between the Arbitrum Foundation Partnership team and ArbitrumDAO. This individual will play a pivotal role in coordinating business initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the success of projects leveraging Arbitrum technology.
Scope of Work
- Act as the Point of Contact for Delegates and DAO members: Serve as the main liaison between the Arbitrum Foundation and ArbitrumDAO on matters related to grant funding. Facilitate open communication and alignment of goals between all parties.
- Coordinate Business Initiatives: Work with the ArbitrumDAO to plan, develop, and execute initiatives that drive ecosystem growth. Ensure DAO-related initiatives align with the ecosystem’s strategic objectives.
- Promote Ecosystem Growth Best Practices: Educate and support the ArbitrumDAO with ecosystem growth best practices, process optimizations, and decision-making frameworks.
- Leverage DAO Support: Advocate for and secure ArbitrumDAO support in strategic initiatives led by the Arbitrum Foundation. Work collaboratively to identify areas where DAO involvement can provide maximum impact.
- Facilitate Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate misunderstandings or conflicts between the Foundation and DAO, ensuring all concerns are resolved amicably.
- Reporting and Metrics: Prepare periodic reports to track progress, highlight achievements, and identify areas for improvement in the Foundation-DAO collaboration. Present insights and data to stakeholders to enhance transparency and alignment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ArbitrumDAO members.
- Design and implement strategies to align Foundation and DAO priorities.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance DAO capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to bring valuable insights to the ArbitrumDAO.
- Monitor the DAO’s operations, identify challenges, and proactively address them.
- Represent the Arbitrum Foundation in DAO discussions, ensuring mutual trust and collaboration.
Requirements
- DAO Knowledge: In-depth understanding of decentralized autonomous organizations, including governance structures, processes, and tools.
- Ecosystem Growth Expertise: Previous experience working inside an ecosystem that is actively onboarding developers in the crypto industry
- Grant Expertise: Familiarity with best practices in grant management and an ability to develop and implement effective grant policies and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, convey complex concepts, and facilitate productive discussions.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven experience coordinating large-scale initiatives and aligning diverse interests toward a common goal.
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to analyze governance data, understand trends, and craft actionable recommendations.
- Experience: Previous experience working with DAOs or in a similar liaison role is highly desirable.
