What is Arch


Arch is a financial technology company that lends to individuals with alternative assets. Traditional lenders often overlook assets such as cryptocurrencies and private equity in startups, among others. At Arch, we recognize that these assets can constitute a significant portion of an individual's net worth. Therefore, we offer loans against them.


Our first product, a crypto-backed loan, was launched in January 2023 and has acquired it’s first several customers. In the coming year, we plan to introduce additional financial services and products for holders of alternative assets.

Growth at Arch


As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence Arch’s Brand and Marketing strategy. Some things you will be responsible for include:


- Define and implement a growth roadmap to acquire customers and accelerate growth, including organic channels, digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, email campaigns, social, and conferences/events

- Research and implement novel ways to reach target customers outside of traditional marketing efforts - you will have freedom to try everything, no attempt is too “out there”

- Develop social strategies to fuel growth and engage customers

- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies and continuously optimize channels using data

- Identify and optimize organic growth channels

- Develop engaging educational content for blogs, social posts and other content marketing initiatives

- Define and track KPIs and metrics, to assess performance, with a continuous focus to grow the customer base while reducing CAC

- Build out the marketing team as we grow


Requirements


- Proven track record of delivering growth at a consumer brand.

- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, social media marketing, organic growth marketing, web optimization/SEO

- Experience experimenting with and running content marketing and paid marketing campaigns across various mediums such as social media, newsletters, podcasts and more

- Strong communication skills with ability to lead, influence, and direct projects

- Experience with ambiguity and working cross-functionality to develop content, reach out to distribution partners, and launch marketing campaigns from scratch.

- Analytical mindset to track the ROI on various campaigns to assess performance and shape the marketing strategy.


Nice to Haves


- Experience building engaging assets to accompany marketing efforts

- Experience in consumer fintech, particularly lending or wealth management

- Passion and understanding of cyptocurrencies and the web3 ecosystem
