WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create visually appealing, user-friendly digital assets across all marketing channels: responsive website, static ads, banners, email, in-product
- Deverlop visual identity platforms, systems, typography, illustration, iconography systems
- Ideate visual concepts/themes/directions and refining design work based on creative direction
- Work cross-functionally and collaborating with internal and external team members
- Keep project timelines on track
- Collaborate with peer designers within Ava Labs to maximize the impact
- Collaborate with executive staff on design needs including presentations, pitch decks, social graphics
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 2+ yrs of professional experience designing visual assets
- High-growth or enterprise digital marketing channel experience
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator
- Artistic skills: illustration & animation
- Responsive Web: static ads, banners
- eMail, presentation, pitch deck and/or In-product design
- Visual identity platforms/systems
- Developing branding or iconography systems
- Experience articulating the design trends to stakeholders
- Experience creating branded co-marketing collateral
- A strong portfolio
- Strong communication
