Bitcoin Depot is seeking a dynamic, experienced and successful Country Manager as we increase our market share in Australia.  The Country Manager is responsible for continuing our expansion into Australia and powering our rapid growth. The right candidate will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, partner acquisition and management, business profitability, country specific operations, marketing and strategy.  In order to succeed in this position, you need to be highly driven, and have a passion for driving a business from the ground up.  Bitcoin Depot is the largest Bitcoin ATM Network in the world offering users the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin at thousands of BTM and BDCheckout locations. We currently trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BTM.  Responsibilities:

Manage every aspect of our newly expanded operation in Australia.  Set country sales strategy around the retail market and execute on the Go-To-Market plan. Manage sales distribution channels and partners.  The right candidate will roll up his/her sleeves and directly contribute to the sales efforts. Develop and execute on account acquisition, growth, and retention playbooks for our largest in-country prospects and clients. Manage the sales process to our largest prospects and the account relationships of our retailers and independent merchants. Set country sales, expense, and budget goals and manage the continuous process to achieve the numbers. In conjunction with marketing, develop country specific social media, online marketing, and other marketing channel strategies. Guide efforts to build and manage the country’s social media profiles and presence. Conduct extensive country market research and competitor research. Continue to adapt the Bitcoin Depot business model to be culturally relevant and successful while maintaining the Bitcoin Depot identity. Network effectively with industry experts, domain professionals, and market peers to advance the company’s position. Report regularly on plan achievement and variances as well as remediation efforts on variances.

Requirements and Qualifications

8 years experience in multidisciplinary management 8 years direct sales and business development experience Advanced working level in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack and Excel Experience in payments, payment processing, ATMs/ABMs, or in the  Bitcoin/cryptocurrency industry is required Must be located in a major metropolitan area in Australia  Exceptionally well organized and driven by success Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations Outstanding negotiating skills Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills Solid history of data-driven strategic development Decisive and committed A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
