Who You Are
bitFlyer USA is looking for a Treasury Analyst to oversee and manage the financial activities of
our business.You will work closely across multiple departments to design and build-up our
treasury funding requirements. You are an independent, self-motivated individual with excellent
analytical skills. You have a passion for expanding the function of the business and are
comfortable working in a fast-paced environment .
Responsibilities

  • Review and consolidate the cash forecasts and perform cash activities analysis
  • Work closely with business / accounting / tax / legal / compliance to design and build-up the treasury funding requirements
  • Monitor cash balances of a range of currencies to ensure adherence to liquidity needs and regulatory requirements
  • Process fiat wire and crypto asset transfers
  • Maintain records to track funding and cash / crypto asset transactions
  • Propose cash management solution for idle cash and crypto assets
  • Documentation

Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience as treasurer or relevant financial role
    • Strong understanding of wire and payment processing, cash/liquidity management
    • Time management and prioritization skills
    • Strong work ethics and trustworthy operations
    • Independent, self-motivated, excellent analytical skills, and have the spirit to expand the function of the business
    • Excellent communication skills, as the role will entail significant interaction with a global team of internal stakeholders, banks, service providers, etc
    • Good understanding of banking rules and regulations
    • Proficiency with Treasury Management System (TMS), Electronic Money Institution (EMI) and other payment products is a plus
    • Understanding of Crypto / Blockchain is a plus

    • Japanese language is plus, but not required
    • Google Suite experience

    • SQL
