You must have
- 4+ years of Product Management experience at a SaaS company, specially developer focused platform
- Experience leading product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- Understanding of Blockchain in depth
- Integrated in Web3 Ecosystem
- Computer science background and solid technical understanding
- Basic knowledge of database concepts (data warehousing, SQL, ETL, APIs, and indexed blockchain DeFi data)
- Contribute meaningfully to technical conversations with engineering and distill complex ideas into simple experiences for our users.
- Data fluency. You deeply understand how your products work and know every step of the funnel.
- Product Intuition. You care deeply about getting the details right to ship a best-in-class product.
Responsibity
- Develop product strategy and product definition and multi-year product roadmap
- Delve deep into datasets, build dashboards and design and accurately measure experiments.
- Capture, document, and communicate business and technical product requirements.
- Translate requirements into features and user stories. Drive technical team understanding of requirements.
- Work with key stakeholders in Marketing and Sales Team.
- Plan and conduct user testing.
- Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve performance and adoption of the platform.
- Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale
