Bittrex, a leading blockchain technology provider and cryptocurrency exchange, is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager! We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a passion for optimizing the customer experience, ideally with prior experience with cryptocurrency and/or financial services. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing a lifecycle marketing program to keep customers engaged with the Bittrex platform. This role will work with cross functional teams to uncover opportunities within the customer journey and design a customer communication strategy to unlock them.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the long-term vision of how to drive customer retention, dive deep to understand key drivers and pain-points of customer churn, and work cross-functionality to improve key business metrics
  • Partner with our data, product, UX, and support teams to identify customer behavioral patterns, define segmentation, and understand pain points with the goals of improving the customer experience and increasing customer lifetime value
  • Develop a comprehensive customer communication strategy leveraging owned channels (email, in-product, push, etc.)
  • Manage the planning and execution of promotional and lifecycle programs, including one-off, triggered, and transactional
  • Work with internal and agency creative resources to create and iterate on customer communications
  • Ensure all efforts are structured to deliver against clear, measurable success metrics, utilizing a test-and-learn approach
  • Comfortable working directly in marketing automation tools including Iterable to build campaigns, create audience segments, run tests, and pull reports
  • Leverage analytics tools including Google Analytics and Mixpanel to gather relevant data on customer behavior and communication performance
  • Provide monthly performance updates to the leadership team, identifying insights from key metrics that will help inform future strategy

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience working in lifecycle or retention marketing
  • Experience conceiving and executing complex, multi-channel marketing strategies and plans for B2C brands in the cryptocurrency and/or financial services space
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and champion key initiatives within the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools including Google Analytics and Mixpanel
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including experience working with complex data sets in Excel and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation tools such as Iterable
  • Experience working in a tech startup environment
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, be self-directed and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
