The ideal candidate will be a blockchain enthusiast with a proven track record of marketing, GTM, and influencer partnering experience.


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Influencer Partnership Development


  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in the blockchain and Web3 communities.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand’s vision and business goals.

2. Campaign Management


  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns that integrate influencer collaborations, ensuring they are creative, measurable, and impactful.
  • Monitor campaign progress and make adjustments as needed to maximize effectiveness.

3. Content Collaboration


  • Work closely with influencers to co-create content that promotes our platforms and services, ensuring that all content is on-brand and optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that influencer content is integrated with broader marketing initiatives.

4. Performance Metrics and Reporting


  • Define key performance indicators for influencer campaigns and measure success based on relevant metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.

Required Skills:


  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, or related field, ideally within the blockchain or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of the blockchain and Web3 ecosystems, with the ability to identify key players and potential influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail and a commitment to creating high-quality work.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on influencer marketing or social media management.
  • Personally built up an audience of at least 50k+ followers.
  • Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
  • Crypto-native – you know multiple DeFi protocols and NFT marketplaces, are familiar with major themes and sectors, and have basic knowledge of blockchain technology.
