Ecosystem Lead - Up to $150k plus tokens - New York - Fully Remote


We are exclusively working with a top firm in the blockchain industry that is offering a unique opportunity with a major focus in DeFi and Tech.


As Ecosystem Lead, you will support the CEO and Head of Business Development in growing their builder community. You will attract, onboard, and support new builders to help them achieve growth targets. This role requires strategic thinking, technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and effective pitching to help the firm to become the leading L1 for consumer applications and mainstream adoption.


Offices are based in NY and fully remote working is accepted.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategies to grow the ecosystem, focusing on attracting and retaining app developers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developer communities to understand their needs and boost engagement.
  • Lead outbound marketing efforts to attract new developers, highlighting the platform's benefits.
  • Manage inbound developer inquiries, offering resources and support for a smooth onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement programs like incubators, accelerators, and partnerships to support new projects.
  • Organize and lead hackathons to inspire innovative solutions and reward top talent.
  • Advocate for developers within the organization, ensuring their feedback influences product development.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, providing regular updates on ecosystem growth activities.
  • Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.

Required Skills and Experience:
