Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

• Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with Web 2 companies to enhance product offerings and market reach.
• Ecosystem Expansion: Drive the growth of the Web 3 ecosystem by fostering collaborations with blockchain projects, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in both Web 2 and Web 3 spaces, providing insights to inform business strategies.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships within the blockchain and tech communities, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to align partnership strategies with company goals.

Job responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience with blockchain technology and smart contract development is a plus.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, database design, and web security.
• Proven ability to write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Familiarity with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
