This is a remote position based in Cayman Islands

• Provide the highest level of customer service to the customers usingour products.
• Communicate well on multiple channels, including tickets, emails and live-chat.
• Achieve key performance metrics related to quality, productivity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Work with internal stakeholders across the organization to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Exposure with Zendesk is a plus
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and responding to customers
