About the Role

Mesh is in search of an Executive Assistant to support its remote management team. We’re looking for a problem solver with a customer-service focus, who’s comfortable balancing changing priorities in a global, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities

• Maintain complex calendars and schedules across multiple time zones
• Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with
• Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for executives, and prepare expense reports
• Be the first point of contact for other executives, board members, visitors, calls and messages and respond to requests for information as needed
• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
• Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours
• Assist with coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
• Help on other projects as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting C-Level executives
• You thrive while juggling multiple projects with changing priorities, and you stay cool under pressure
• You’re a relationship builder who operates with a collaborative >
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization – you can manage expectations, and are equally comfortable communicating good and bad news
• You have good business sense, and anticipate problems when you can, and solve for bottlenecks and roadblocks when you can’t
• You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and are open to responding to messages outside of normal business hours
• Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business
• Advanced Proficiency in Gmail/Slack/Expensify/Microsoft Office
• You handle sensitive business information with maturity and discretion
• Preferred location in EST with the ability to travel 10% of the time, NYC based preferred but not required.
