We are an exciting Berlin based NFT/DeFi crypto project, that is already break-even and looking to hire a Venture Developer.
We have experienced high-growth in the last few months and are planning on launching our platform within the next month.

Tasks

• Be in charge of venture development as a business generalists
• Support the founder with the entire financial planning and fundraising strategy, including pitch deck and due diligence
• Research new trends & assets in the DeFi ecosystem and translate findings into actionable recommendations and execute on them
• Create market and product strategies with us and other world-class crypto- and DeFi-protocols and their founders and senior managers
• Study blockchain projects and conduct diligence on their business and strategic aspects
• Produce market color research findings for our institutional investors and clients

Requirements

• 2+ years relevant experience in finance, banking, consulting, VC or business development. Previous experience with institutional investors is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: great listener with the ability to concisely synthesize complex issues.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Solid project and business management skills; technical skills a plus
• Fluency in English, German is a Plus (other languages a bonus)
• Accept and retain a large degree of independence and ownership for your decisions and dedicated tasks
• Very high attention to detail with emphasis on quality
• Execution is your language, empathy & fun are your drivers, results are your message :)
