Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with Web3 developer communities
- Introduce DoraHacks.io features to more developer communities, and assist them in utilizing our hackathon, bounty, grant, and idea functions
- Organize local offline events related to DoraHacks
- Participate in offline events of Web3 developer communities
- Collect feedback on product usage from various communities, and regularly summarize operational experiences
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and study in the Web3 and blockchain field, with enthusiasm for Web3 developer ecosystem development
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive in syncing task progress, and capable of self-correction
- Strong learning ability and self-motivation
- Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills
- Team player with strong communication and coordination skills
- Better to have
- Familiarity with common technology stacks and terminology in blockchain
- Proficiency in article writing
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. We are able to provide visa sponsorship in some countries, and the possibilities can be discussed in interview process.
Our interview process takes place on Zoom/Google Meeting and consists of the following:
- Test (Online test/Take-home assignment)
- Recruiter call (15-30 minutes)
- Team interview (45-60 mins)
- Final interview (45 mins)
