Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, integration partners and internal teams to build and maintain FIX infrastructure and solutions.
- Provide expertise in the build out of scalable, robust, performant solutions for FalconX’s clients
- Setup, configure, maintain and troubleshoot the FIX related issues
- Evolve and improveFalconX’s FIX infrastructure to be best-in-class
Qualifications
- Understanding of market data, order execution workflows and trade lifecycle
- Knowledge of FIX engines, protocol 4.4 (and higher) and the certification process
- Familiarity with networking protocols, VPN, and extranet connectivity
- Knowledge of security protocols and TLS/SSL encryption
- Programming experience (python, Go, Java, C++).
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
- Quick learner, attention to detail, proactive and strong analytical thinker
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
