We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to help lead our Marketing department. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company. Our Marketing strategist position involves a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency.



Responsibilities

  • Set specific marketing goals
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns to accomplish defined business and marketing Goals measured through KPIs
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics
  • Forecast market trends
  • Research market to identify new opportunities
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Address advertising needs
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
  • Establish a strong, long-term web presence
  • Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
  • Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
  • Track progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
  • Identify and analyze competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
  • Craft clear product marketing copy
  • Organize promotional activities for new products/services
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email campaigns to drive customer acquisition
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers
  • Conducting customer, competitor, and product research
  • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics (ROI and KPIs)
  • Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user funnels
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Work with the Leadership Team to set monthly budgets for paid traffic and lead generation
  • Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts
  • Proven work experience marketing digital products using online marketing tactics

  • Experience marketing crypto digital products and services highly preferred
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMM/PPC, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Proven ability to demonstrate experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns (funnels and journeys)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology and best practices such as ClickFunnels, HotJar, Mixpanel, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and other strategic inbound marketing tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Alexa Rank, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Strong project management and communication skills written and verbal
  • 4+ years of experience working with online sales funnels
  • 4+ years experience in online Lead Generation and executing successful Email Drip Campaigns
  • 4+ years experience in Digital Advertising
  • Online education experience preferred
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or equivalent experience required
