Ferrum is seeking to recruit an Application Support & Implementation Engineer who will provide high-level remote IT technical liaison.

The Application Support & Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of Ferrum Products after training and full life-cycle of incidents and problems. The position will require close working with all teams in all levels of implementation, technical support and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Implement Ferrum Products for clients and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare training material including guides and videos for internal processes
• Manage all communication with the team, client and resolve all issues pre, during and post implementation
• Provide support on reported issues related to the product and resolve them with the help of Engineering team and coordinate with the client
• Responsible for all end-to-end client communication
• Perform various tests on process with help of test cases and prepare documents for same and coordinate with manager to resolve all issues within required timeframe and inform management of any delays.
• Collaborate with development team to design new programs for all client implementation activities and manage all communication with department to resolve all issues and assist implementation analyst to manage all production data.
• Perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technical activities with help of metadata registry.

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in email writing and documentations.
• Working experience & Expertise in Linux and windows systems.
• Familiarity with Google Suite products
• Familiarity with JIRA Service Desk is a plus
• High level of problem identification skills.
• Experience working with clients to identify and understand requirements
• Experience in entire project implementations and end to end project delivery
• Must be able to work under remote guidance and delivery tasks as per the day to day instruction guidance
