As our Graphic Design Lead, you'll be the creative mind turning big ideas into visual stories that everyone can understand. Your day will be a mix of leading a small, dynamic team of 1-3 individuals and actively engaging in hands-on design work. We're looking for someone who's not only proficient with design tools but also gets excited about breaking down complex topics in technology, web, finance, and more. Responsibilities

• Lead graphic design projects, such as infographics and article cover images
• Manage a small team of 1-3 people
• Design and simplify complex concepts visually
• Uphold visual standards and evolve brand and editorial design
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create practical solutions
• Keep updated on design and industry trends
• Mentor and support team development

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite definitely, Figma is a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, effectiveness in visual communication and proficiency in data visualisation and infographics within editorial or related fields
• Ability to guide and lead a small team (1-3 persons), with leadership and/or mentoring experience being a plus.
• Knowledge of or a strong interest in technology, cryptocurrency, fintech, blockchain, artificial intelligence and emerging trends.
• Experience or skill in visualising complex information and concepts, making them accessible and engaging for a varied audience.
