We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to drive the growth of CryptoManiaks.com. As General Manager, you will define and execute the vision of a transaction-focused, performance-driven brand that excels in reviews, comparisons, and actionable decisions in the crypto space. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead business strategy, oversee operational execution, and ensure the brand thrives as a leading resource for informed crypto decision-making.
Responsibilities
- P&Ls & Performance Ownership – Promote CryptoManiaks’ financial growth in a predictable and sustainable way. Define and implement KPIs and targets to achieve performance-driven outcomes across initiatives.
- Brand Vision – Develop and champion CryptoManiaks’ vision to become the top destination for crypto reviews, comparisons, and actionable decision-making. Define the brand’s value proposition, targeted audiences, and strategies while staying ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and user behavior to continuously refine the brand’s strategic direction.
- Leadership & Operational Excellence – Build, inspire, and guide a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Equip the team with the resources, direction, and motivation needed to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Networking & Public Representation – Establish and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and influencers. Represent CryptoManiaks at industry events, conferences, and public forums to elevate the brand’s visibility and reputation.
- Innovate and Experiment – Encourage a data-driven culture of experimentation, leveraging analytics and user feedback to identify growth opportunities. Explore and prioritize new markets, advertising channels, and media platforms to expand CryptoManiaks’ reach and revenue.
Requirements
- Business Experience & Financial Acumen – Demonstrated experience in managing P&Ls, with a track record of driving financial growth and sustainability. Proficiency in developing business strategies, KPIs, and targets, with the ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Online Media Experience – 5+ years of experience in online media, including multimedia. Familiarity with SEO, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven digital campaigns.
- Industry Knowledge – Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain, with the ability to integrate trends into business strategies. Familiarity with iGaming is a plus.
- Visionary – Strong ability to set and execute a strategic vision based on market dynamics and competition. Passion for innovation with a willingness to experiment and push the boundaries to gain a competitive edge.
- Leadership Experience – Forward-thinking leader who can inspire and drive the team towards achieving the brand’s long-term goals. Minimum of 3 years in a senior management role, preferably within the digital media industry.
- Networking and Public Speaking – Good networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders. Comfort in representing the brand at public events or through the media.
- Communication & Collaboration – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy effectively. Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of best practices.
- Adaptability – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectively.
- Ethical Standards – High level of integrity and ethical standards in all professional activities.
