The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Growth Associate to join our team. Gallery is in a critical phase of growth. In this role, you'll be executing projects to cultivate and scale a brand new social network. You'll work directly with the CEO, cofounders, and all members of the team to drive our product to new heights. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with creators, artists, and leaders of platforms in the ecosystem. This is a unique role when you get the opportunity to build a startup from the ground floor up and contribute to the broader NFT and Web3 ecosystem.

What you’ll do

• Execute projects to drive new users and community engagement to our new social product
• Help drive and influence growth strategy
• Design, execute, and measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end
• Manage and execute collaborations with artists and platforms.
• Solve complex business problems and build / iterate on process for a wide range of go-to-market and operational needs within a high-growth startup
• Learn quickly on the job to build whatever is needed whether it’s content, editorial, influencer strategy, incentive design, and more.
• Gain a deep understanding of our top users and community to create targeted campaigns.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in marketing, community management, managemnt consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or operations / strategy at a fast growing startup.
• High level of resourcefulness and a track record of being a fast learner
• Innovative thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving.
• Strong capability and interest in content creation and social media strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective external and internal collaboration.
• Comfortable analyzing and reporting on data to measure success and draw insights.

Nice-to-haves

• SQL proficiency
• Proficient with AI tools
• Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies
• Live in Los Angeles and can work IRL

Compensation

• The target annual salary range for this role is $70k-95k USD (this will be localized for applicants outside of the US)
