We provide 24/7 liquidity across 1,400+ crypto-asset pairs on 30+ exchanges in 15+ countries, representing roughly 1% of global spot trading volume.

We’re expanding our OTC business and are looking for a high-performance OTC Trader who can take full ownership of client flows, pricing, and PnL — and help build out our next-generation OTC trading stack.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a team of people to bring OTC service to clients
• Execute OTC trades including liquidations, block deals, and bespoke one-off transactions.
• Manage client relationships and tailor pricing, spreads, and execution parameters to each client.
• Own PnL, inventory, risk limits, and hedging logic across FX, crypto, and stablecoins.
• Oversee pricing, settlement logic, and inventory routing across 30+ global venues.
• Contribute to building out OTC infrastructure — pricing engine, risk engine, CMS, settlement system, and frontend OTC platform.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure fast, accurate, and scalable OTC platform.

What We Expect

• 5+ years of experience in OTC trading, sales trading, FX trading, crypto OTC, or market making.
• Proven experience executing large OTC trades and managing high-touch client relationships.
• Solid understanding of FX markets, crypto liquidity, pricing logic, spreads, and settlement flows.
• Ability to manage PnL, adjust parameters, hedge exposures, and optimize inventory
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with internal systems and trading tools.
• Ownership mindset, responsiveness, and ability to operate in a fast-moving, 24/7 environment.
