Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO who runs both a boutique music management company and a tech start up in the AI/metaverse space.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Oversee daily office management, including coordination of office supply inventories.
• Handle incoming calls, manage mail and packages, and maintain filing systems.
• Administer the intern intake process and manage the intern program.
• Manage the Executive's calendar, coordinating meetings with external stakeholders, including record label teams, publishers, agents, and entertainment industry executives.
• Update and maintain company and artist websites.
• Monitor and manage company social media accounts and posting schedules.
• Handle and safeguard highly confidential information for both internal and external projects.
• Organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Take detailed minutes during meetings.
• Conduct research and compile reports on various topics related to clients.
• Assist with team projects, particularly those related to touring and release schedules.
• Maintain and manage the contact database.
• Review and filter demo submissions from artists.
• Ensure executive leadership is informed of priorities, deadlines, and potential challenges.

Qualifications

• A creative, organized, and personable individual with the ability to manage and prioritize a diverse array of tasks with ease.
• Comfortable performing high-level administrative tasks and interfacing with senior executives.
• Independent thinker with strong judgment and initiative, especially on time-sensitive assignments.
• Adaptable, able to set priorities and adjust to changing conditions, often under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine passion for music, the music industry, and popular culture.
• Interest in Web3 and emerging technologies is a plus.
• 1-2 years of music industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with a wide range of internal and external clients.

Working hours10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
