About the Role

We are seeking anAssociate – Liquidity Managementto lead and optimize our trading operations, liquidity strategies, and payment workflows across platforms likeMudrexandSaber. This role is a critical driver of operational efficiency, capital optimization, and institutional client satisfaction. You'll work at the intersection of trading, payments, and relationship management—handling high-value transactions, monitoring liquidity flows, and executing strategic experiments that inform how we scale.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in trading or financial operations, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and cross-functional coordination are key.

You will be part of a lean, high-ownership team and report directly to theHead – Global Expansion and Liquidity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trading Operations

• Execute and oversee day-to-day trading activity across exchanges and liquidity venues.

• Track market trends, manage positions, and identify risks and inefficiencies in trade execution.

• Continuously implement and improve trade execution strategies to reduce slippage and optimize spreads.

2. Liquidity Management & Strategy

• Monitor real-time liquidity needs across platforms (Mudrex & Saber) and maintain optimal reserves.

• Run and evaluate strategic experiments to improve liquidity deployment and capital efficiency.

• Design strategies to balance capital across fiat and crypto ecosystems, wallets, and partners.

3. Payment Operations

• Manage end-to-end fiat and crypto payment flows, ensuring timely settlements and reconciliations.

• Troubleshoot transaction failures and reduce operational friction with payment partners.

• Collaborate closely with finance, product, and engineering teams to build scalable payment infra.

4. Account Management for Liquidity Partners

• Serve as the primary contact for institutional and high-volume liquidity partners.

• Understand partner needs and align internal teams for timely trade execution and fund flow.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with external stakeholders across banking, OTC, and trading desks.

Who You Are

• Experience:1–3 years in trading operations, financial operations, business operations, or treasury roles within fintech, crypto, or financial services.

• Analytical Mindset:Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with capital flow optimization.

• Communication:Confident in cross-functional coordination and external stakeholder engagement.

• Adaptability:Comfortable managing high-stakes, high-speed tasks with shifting priorities.

• Crypto/Markets Acumen:Exposure to crypto trading or traditional financial markets is a strong advantage.

• Tools:Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with trading dashboards, and basic SQL or scripting skills are a plus.
