Their essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Serve as senior counselor for all clients in the areas of all forms of digital communications and online reputation management, including developing strategies, providing counsel, developing plans on an ongoing basis and leading plan execution

· Provide client support vis-à-vis utilizing personal relationships to secure top-tier top tier partners for content creation, influencer marketing, social media management on key deliverables

· Individuals best suited for this role should be well versed in the areas of the emerging metaverse, app development and consumer spending, cryptocurrency and blockchain, NFTs, and innovations in gaming and social media.

· Continually seek and drive new/incremental business opportunities; play a leadership role in new business proposal development and presentations

· Act as the critical expert for the agency on all market trends and digital innovations to ensure we are providing comprehensive and cutting-edge digital strategies across all current and emerging digital channels

· Seek opportunities to develop new approaches to reputation management and position self within the agency, among clients and industry as a leader in the field who is sought for senior-level counsel

· Strive for impeccable client service personally, and by driving the team to meet and exceed agency’s standards and client expectations

· Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across all clients

· Lead digital first education at the agency for clients, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down

· Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem

· Work closely with integrated teams when utilizing new technologies to create measurement plans, goals and KPI’s, and deliver regular analysis on brands

· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and industries anticipating and addressing opportunities and issues

· Take responsibility and hold team accountable for profitability for new and existing client business

· Manage financial performance of practice group

· Evaluate team employees’ performance and support their career development through mentorship and training

Ideally, you would have:

· Bachelors degree required

· Minimum 10 years’ experience working in digital and social communications; previous experience working at a public relations agency strongly preferred

· A proven track record of executing large-scale influencer programs as well as a rolodex of top tier influencer contacts

· Previous experience managing high profile events, partnerships and activations

· Previous experience conceptualizing and producing content

· A deep understanding of the digital / social media landscape, including any emerging platforms/technologies

· Demonstrated track record of building strong client relationships and delivering programs that exceeded anticipated results

· Ability to successfully manage teams to exceed client expectations

· Proven ability to help drive growth and win new/incremental business

· Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and others

· Strong understanding of traditional public relations to ensure campaigns will maximize impact versus cannibalize efforts
