Looking for data-driven product marketers who are passionate about introducing innovative technologies to new consumer audiences. You'll be the voice of our customer internally and build a consistent strategy across the product marketing lifecycle: segmentation, positioning and messaging, go to markets, education and engagement campaigns, and events.
Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of a large segment of OpenSea’s consumer marketing strategy. - You will be the voice of the customer, leading with their needs to inform product messaging, competitive positioning, brand differentiation, and marketing content. - Execute multiple aspects of the product marketing lifecycle: segmentation, positioning and messaging, go to markets, education and engagement campaigns, and events. - Work cross-functionally with product, design, brand, communications, customer happiness, etc. to launch new products. - Measure and report against the performance of initiatives.
Desired Experience - Have demonstrated experience in B2C Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Management. - Seamlessly balance the quantitative (separate signal from noise) and the qualitative (know cool when you see it) when making decisions. - Have experience crafting & implementing consumer segmentation based on demographics, attitudes, behaviors and customer lifetime value. - Have experience successfully launching products within an eCommerce, Consumer Internet, Retail, AdTech, Digital Wallet, or FinTech business. - Are a powerful written, verbal, and visual storyteller. - Have outstanding prioritization and project management skills.- - Have outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade / drive alignment among differing perspectives. - Are a self-starter and have the ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done. - A plus: you have experience in and/or are passionate about crypto. - Another plus: you’ve worked on a global product.
