The role

The Product Marketing Manager role is a great match for a person who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. This role is key to shaping how the world sees, understands, and uses our wallet. You’ll own go-to-market strategies, create compelling narratives for new features, and ensure that users, from crypto curious to Web3 natives, know exactly why Solflare is their best choice. You’ll collaborate with product, growth, and creative teams to bring features to life and drive real adoption.

Core responsibilities:

• Conducting and using research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
• Working with product and engineering teams to prepare launches that are timely, targeted, and impactful.
• Creating content and managing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and usage across Solflare’s features.
• Collaboration with ecosystem partners and dApps to tell the story of our integrations and community impact.
• Using data tools like Appsflyer and PostHog to evaluate campaign performance and optimize messaging or funnel flows.
• Work with design and content teams to create educational and promotional materials, such as blog posts, videos, landing pages, and product updates.
• Coordinate across internal teams, from creative to customer support, to ensure everyone has what they need to win.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a Product Marketing role, ideally at a tech product or crypto company
• Proven success in planning and launching product features in fast-paced environments
• A knack for turning complex features into clear, benefit-driven messaging
• Experience in conducting user interviews, running surveys, and synthesizing competitive intelligence
• Strong writing skills, especially in simplifying technical content
• Experience working closely with product, growth, engineering, and design teams
• Comfort with metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing tools

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem or previous work on blockchain-based products
• Experience supporting product discovery efforts alongside PMs and researchers
