What are the role responsibilities?
- Discover, design, and implement developer tooling to improve developer experience and velocity within OP Labs.
- Monitor, operate, and optimize CI/CD processes.
- Automate operational processes.
- Execute load tests, and use them to define SLI/SLOs.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Collaborate daily with developers from across the engineering organization.
What skills do you bring?
- 4+ years of professional hands-on software development experience
- Experience building developer tooling or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Golang.
- Empathy for the engineers using the tooling you will build and maintain.
- Prior SRE experience is a plus, but not required.
