The successful hire will work exclusively with our AirCrew client, Titan IO.

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Manager to join Titan IO.

Who is Titan?

Titan IO is a well-funded startup that has developed an intelligent mining management software suite, transparent mining pool, and decentralized marketplace for global hashpower trading using the Lumerin Protocol. Built by miners for miners, Titan makes mining easy, profitable, and scalable. Titan's goal has always been to make mining as highly optimized, efficient, and decentralized as possible and we are now developing an efficient global marketplace for the buying/selling of crypto-mining hashpower.

The Social Media & Community Manager is responsible for bringing a data-driven approach to scaling and community on our social media accounts and community platforms. The ideal candidate has built large communities across Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram & Discord, and other social media channels. We’re looking to adopt and then push beyond the best playbooks and processes for scaling up the community. You will be working on the major communication channels for Titan & Lumerin and the work you do will impact the way our target markets interact with us, ensuring we have the strongest customer loyalty & engagement.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop a social strategy to increase key metrics surrounding engagement, sentiment, and growth

  • Manage key aspects of social, including concept campaigns, scheduling content, engaging with our community, posting, and optimizing posts for KPIs

  • Maintain and evolve the Titan/Lumerin voice in all social-facing formats, from posts to comment responses to DMs

  • Identify relevant crypto, blockchain & social trends to join in and rapidly develop timely content surrounding these trends

  • Act as the face of the Titan/Lumerin brand in social content

  • Oversee the extensive influencer network of Titan/Lumerin, identifying and evaluating opportunities to partner with creators

  • Create detailed reports on KPIs and social performance to show progress toward function goals

  • Be at the forefront of social media trends, having an in-depth knowledge of social media networks (existing and emerging) to allow us to innovate in the space

  • Assist in marketing initiatives as they arise and support the marketing team in developing groundbreaking campaigns

  • Continually monitor all community activity and identify any bottlenecks or pain points and, if possible, remove or resolve them

  • Measure, track, and report against objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in community and or social media management at a consumer-facing brand

  • The position is fully remote, but a minimum of 4 working-hour overlap with CST time zone required

  • Fluency in English with A+ communication and copywriting skills

  • Experience in working with B2B (B2C and B2Developers a plus)

  • Passionate about understanding the latest trends in culture and Web 3

  • High energy and the execution skills to make it all count

  • Desire to develop truly engaging social media, with a creative attitude to think of unique material that will captivate our communities

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social networks, especially Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram & Discord, as well as Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Solid project management skills and ability to identify goals, prioritize tasks, and execute quick timelines

  • Ability to work quickly on developing strategy, content, and execution when there is a timely trend to join

  • Obsessed with details and data and constantly thinking about how to make things better Experience in technical writing

  • Experience with "growth hacking" to grow a community

  • Experience with active community involvement & development

  • Proven success at running developer community events and promotions

  • Talent for working collaboratively across technical and marketing disciplines
