The Role and Responsibilities
- Having 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Javascript.
- At least 2 years + of experience working with backend services for any EVM based chain.
- Understanding of Server side Javascript Frameworks ( Preferably Express.js )
- In Depth knowledge of database design and experience using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Must have a good understanding of blockchain technology, EVM and smart contracts.
- Experience in leading a backend-end developer team and mentoring them to achieve goals in multiple projects.
- Ability to clearly understand the requirements and explain it to the team members efficiently.
- Play a major role in code review and ensuring proper code quality and workflow is maintained
- Experience in preparing Technical Design documentation and ability to evaluate the effort and resources required for each backend engineering task.
- Must have a good understanding of server side security, writing unit test cases and efficient error logging mechanisms
- Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
