The Role

The SVP, People will ensure that we attract, retain, and develop our talent in a fast growing globally distributed environment. This leadership role will lead the business in areas such as diversity and inclusion, organization design, talent management, retention, engagement, workforce strategy and analytics.  The SVP, People will help ensure a culture of integrity, cross collaboration, high-performance, respect and empathy, and people development to achieve our vision.
