Tassets is looking for highly motivated MBA Finance Intern/Fresher with a strong background in finance and a keen interest in private capital markets, blockchain/web3, deep finance, fintech, and banking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and developing material related to blockchain technology and its impact on the future of private capital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research on private capital markets and blockchain technology.
• Develop research material and create reports on the independence and benefits of blockchain technology in private capital markets.
• Handle the backend part of the research and development process for our blockchain fintech R&D projects.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and execute new research projects related to blockchain technology and private capital markets.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, private capital markets, and global client experience.
• Work with other team members to identify areas of improvement in our research processes and to develop innovative solutions for our global clients.

Requirements:

• An MBA in Finance or a related field from a reputed institution.
• A keen interest in private capital markets, blockchain fintech R&D, and global client experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct extensive research.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with financial modelling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other related software tools.
• Prior internship experience in a fintech MNC/Global Client Experience is preferred.
