RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.
Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. However, they are very careful about who they work with, especially in the cutting-edge world of blockchain. RECUR is founded by the perfect blend of leaders in the brand licensing space and technology leaders from top cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset trading desks, financial institutions, and blockchain software companies. Investors include Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, Winklevoss Twins, Courtside VC, Hashed, and many more.
RECUR is seeking a BizOps Research Analyst to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company where you will partner with our leadership team to research the budding NFT and blockchain industry. In this role, you will help set industry standards for qualitative and quantitative industry research.
What you will do at RECUR
- Partner with the Co-Founders, executive team members and other key stakeholders to research a budding industry
- Research topics across a multitude of industries, including but not limited to: Art, Sports, Collectibles, Gaming, Web3 and more
- Act as an owner who is empowered to dive into new topics with limited historical material to reference
- Produce meaningful content in a digestible manner for internal and external parties in various written and presentation formats such as but not limited to blog posts, write ups, decks, Twitter threads and more
- Serve as the company’s industry expert and a source of all industry related knowledge
- Create & maintain a competitor library of qualitative and quantitative information
What you bring to RECUR
- 3+ years experience in Equity Research, Corporate Strategy or competitive benchmarking
- Works effectively in a small, close team environment with sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive, organized planner with the ability to multitask and quickly reprioritize numerous work streams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; especially ability to work from “blank sheet of paper”
- Curiosity to fully dive in and understand new topics that few people have expert knowledge of
- Interest in NFTs or cryptocurrency
