As a Human Resources Business Partner Lead (HRBP) at Scroll, you will play a crucial role in aligning our ambitious business objectives with the needs of our diverse and rapidly growing workforce. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, providing guidance on HR-related issues and initiatives that drive organizational success and innovation. Your proactive approach will help foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment where talent thrives and contributes to our pioneering efforts in blockchain technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with team leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support our fast-paced and agile operating environment and growth objectives.
 - Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees and managers, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with Scroll’s overall goals.
 - Proactively assess and diagnose organisation issues; recommend and implement solutions.
 - Lead people programs initiatives in end to end employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding, and retention strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of a startup in the blockchain industry.
 - Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
 - Drive performance management processes and coach managers on effective feedback and development practices to support continuous growth and excellence.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative employee growth programs, and initiatives that reflect our values and promote a culture of innovation and transparency.
 - Provide expertise in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support scalability and operational efficiency.
 - Handle employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations with a solutions-oriented approach, maintaining fairness and compliance with Scroll policies and legal regulations.
 - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in blockchain technology and startup culture to ensure our HR strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive.
 
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HRBP / People Partnering experience, with strong background as HR Business Partner, Talent Development/Talent Management, ideally within a high-growth blockchain/crypto, or scaling Tech company.
 - Proven experience in managing highly impactful people programs, talent management, and employee development initiatives in a rapidly growing and changing web3 environment.
 - Possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically, and the capacity to drive impactful change with extreme ownership and persuasive communication skills.
 - A meticulous and professional approach to managing tasks and supporting team growth and scalability.
 - A positive attitude, strong ownership mentality, and adaptability in a rapidly changing business climate.
