We are looking for a self-motivated and talented communications manager to lead our internal and external communications in collaboration with our external PR agency. In this position, you will be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages our audience and builds brand recognition.

Your main duties will include creating informative & engaging press releases, Substack articles, social media posts, media opportunities & more; all of which will drive forward our brand, games, d'apps, infrastructure and community programs. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.

About The Role

• Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed media activity reports.
• Facilitate internal communications which include X, Y, Z
• Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
• Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
• Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
• Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
• Lead the Comms of the marketing and public relations staff.
• Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
• Edit and publish engaging web3 copy content for various social networks, including blog, Substack, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok and Instagram
• Work with our CRM Manager to continuously develop and optimize our user communications, including our new player onboarding sequence, and F2P to NFT conversion sequence.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of gaming, crypto, web3, DeFi and NFTs is a MUST
• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate community-member-centric recommendations and influence decisions using data/insights.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
• Must be flexible and solution-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
• Experience in social copywriting, content writing and creation, or technical writing for social media or web platforms, in crypto/blockchain strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Interested in solving never-before-solved challenges in a fast-paced environment
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
• Demonstrable ability to write in multiple voices, from professional to light and humorous, tailored according to both message and medium, adapting for audiences.
• Stay up-to-date on current best practices, trends and user experience in content engagement across digital platforms
