Spring Labs is a Fintech and Cybersecurity Startup that helps businesses securely store and share sensitive data with patented, next-generation data privacy solutions. Our Mission is to transform the future of secure data exchange and storage through our products to reduce the impact and cost of data breaches, minimize compliance overhead, and share data more freely and securely throughout the Financial Services Industry.
Spring Labs was built by a world-class team with extensive blockchain and cryptographic expertise who previously founded successful Fintechs, such as Avant and Future Finance. We have raised $63m+ to date and our investors include TransUnion, GreatPoint Ventures, August Capital, Galaxy Digital, and Victory Park Capital. We also have the honor of a first-class advisory team that consists of the likes of Nigel Morris (Co-Founder of Capital One), Manolo Sanchez (Fmr. CEO of BBVA Compass), Ray Lane (Fmr. COO of Oracle), Sheila Barr (Fmr. Chair of FDIC), Gary Cohn (Fmr. Director of the U.S. Economic Counsel) and Bobby Mehta (Fmr. CEO of TransUnion and HSBC NA). Within Spring Labs, we have successfully incubated businesses like Livesight (alternative data products) and Quadrata (web3 identity & compliance).
Livesight, a division of Spring Labs, helps businesses make better decisions by surfacing contextual data on health of employer, geography, and industry, using alternative and peer-shared data. Our unique data assets and portfolio of data products empower our customers through forward-looking insights. We’re rapidly growing our distribution channels and looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to support this growth. Experience selling into fintechs (e.g. neobanks, lenders, insuretech) and financial institutions is preferred, but not required.
There are a few things we look for at Spring Labs in all qualified candidates, regardless of role or team. First, we look for signals that a candidate will thrive in a culture like ours, where we act like owners, empower and trust others, place ideas over hierarchy, and expect a high level of collaboration and performance. Second, we expect all employees to commit to our mission and become active culture carriers. Finally, we look for humble people, with the desire and capacity to grow and share their expertise.
