About you
We are seeking a passionate NFT Senior Partner Manager with a deep understanding of the NFT and Web3 landscape. This role will help define StockX’s long term NFT partner strategy as well as onboard and manage a network of globally influential Creators and Brands who want to release NFTs on StockX. This person will be responsible for bringing our NFT drops to life on StockX, leading a cross functional team in the day-to-day delivery, straddling seamless delivery with long term vision in mind.
What you will do
- Define StockX’s long term NFT Creator and Brand Partner strategy leveraging our unique value propositions, considered through key market and landscape trends, to create an actionable plan for internal and external stakeholders to activate against.
- Create opportunity assessment criteria using brand and product strategy as key inputs in order to ensure marketing plans are tiered for internal efficiency and maximized value for all parties.
- Create and manage a fast-growing pipeline of NFT drops and strategic partnerships with Creators and Brands.
- Grow relationships with existing partners to help them best leverage StockX and our partners.
- Negotiate Creator and Brand deals to maximize value for StockX and our partners
- Be constantly innovating, creating new and engaging ways to work with partners and drive value for them and for StockX.
- Drive the process from initial conversation to NFT drop. Own internal processes with key cross functional stakeholders including legal and finance, product and customer service.
- Work closely with the Cultural Marketing team to launch NFTs on StockX - managing the GTM process with key cross functional stakeholders.
- Be detail orientated - ensuring deadlines are adhered to and all aspects of the process are tracked and shared to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain deep understanding of the Web3 space and evolving trends and provide actionable insights back into the Digital team.
- Be consumer/audience led - use consumer insights and historical performance data to guide the roster of Creators and Brands that StockX works with.
- Be a steward of the brand - appropriately represent StockX to external relationships whilst upholding the brand and company values.
- Be a voice of the consumer - provide ongoing insight into trends, subcultures and movements that StockX should be integrating into plans.
- Strike a balance between big picture, long term thinking and tightly managed execution of key plans.
Minimum qualifications/education
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience, including experience in gaming, crypto, web3, art and entertainment, fashion
- Strong project management skills and experience
- A thorough understanding of how to create and drive successful Creator programs
- Deep experience developing and negotiating partner contracts
- Proven networker with the ability to build and cultivate relationships
- Experience in developing integrated marketing plans and working with large teams
- Able to develop and move projects forward independently and autonomously
