Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales Associate will support both the CRO and also have direct accountability to the Sales Lead in all activities, generate sales and develop relationships with new clients. Responsibilities also include making sales visits and presentations, maintaining advanced knowledge of products and services, and meeting sales goals.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing and expanding a portfolio of clients by networking and marketing
• Assess client needs and make recommendations
• Prepare for sales visits and create presentations to pitch product and service to clients for Sales Lead, Chief Revenue Officer and others as required
• Participate in product demonstrations
• Assist CRO and Sales Lead in sales negotiations preparation
• Provide ongoing support to clients after sales are completed
• Support Sales Lead in the development of sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals
• Track progress toward goals and document sales performance
• Manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Become fluent in all products and services offered
• Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various competing products or services; monitor market intelligence
• Gain proficiency with the financial services industry and stay updated on trends and innovative products
• Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to engage prospective clients
• Participate in industry trade organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Sales or Customer Service in Financial Services
• Knowledge of Blockchain and Technology Trends
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, and Critical Thinking,
