Job Description

The Managing Consultant (MC) is responsible for supporting the sales and delivery of Telcoin projects to Fintechs, Mobile Wallets and Telco partners. In addition, the Managing Consultant manages the day-to-day relationship with clients and Telcoin internal stakeholders (sales/product leads), helps to control the quality of the deliverables, support end to end RFP process, technical requirements, gap analysis and develops & delivers tailored presentations to senior partner and client management. The Blockchain marketplace is growing exponentially, this is a great time to enter one of the hottest spaces in business today at the intersection of Blockchain, Fintechs, Telcos and Mobile wallets.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead formal and informal pitches, from "storyboarding" through direct presentations, and create concise, persuasive written materials tailored to the "level" of the audience
  • Presenting technical plans and detailed schematics of Telcoin and partner products to customers

  • Providing detailed analytics to show customers why a Telcoin product will help their business (including remittance, blockchain and other decentralised finance solutions)

  • Answering customer queries on scientific or technical issues specific to integration, process and data flows.

  • Providing a point of communication between the client and Account Managers or service providers

  • Capture clients' implicit business needs in addition to articulated requests and identifying the most critical aspects of the problem to be solved

  • Effectively assist sales leads manage a pipeline of proposals from early lead stages through to signature

  • Deliver on the numbers and take co-responsibility on revenue performance with sales leads

  • Take a leading role in supporting major Telcoin deals, including RFP deal and cross-selling of new to market Telcoin products

  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the Fintech/Blockchain industry and the products or services they sell

  • Proactively seek new knowledge and skills and facilitate the development of intellectual capital

  • Act as a mentor to junior project resources and take ownership on problem-solving and project work plans





About You

  • Strong Undergraduate degree required

  • MBA or relevant post-graduate degree highly preferred

  • Strong Fintech or Blockchain domain knowledge

  • Work experience in management/strategy consulting firms or Fintech preferred

  • Strong relationship management skills and commercial acumen

  • Technical fluency (i.e., comfortable with technology solutions, able to discuss trends and simplify concepts)

  • Excellent Client Presentation, Communication and Powerpoint Skills

  • Data driven and highly analytical

  • Experience in managing complex projects with external clients across geographies

  • Ability to work independently, and to accept ambiguity

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Need to have valid residency status in Singapore.
