Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Test Manager to join our delivery team, based in London.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands on Test Manager with excellent project, commercial and stakeholder management skills, preferably from a professional services background. The candidate should be skilled in all aspects of test management including defining quality and test strategies and approaches throughout the delivery lifecycle and managing functional, performance and automation team members. The candidate should have recent experience working within multi-vendor agile and waterfall environments.

Key Skills / Experience

  • Be accountable for the management, planning, design and execution of all test activities, including system, integration and user acceptance testing
  • Strong experience of risk based test planning
  • Inputting in to and confirming test scope, and the priority associated to each area of that scope
  • An awareness of NFT best practice and methodology
  • An awareness of test automation best practice and methodology
  • Managing and mitigating any project escalations, risks and issues
  • Being proactive on process improvement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work within a matrix organisation
  • Confident in 3rd party supplier / vendor management
  • Experienced working in an Agile environment
  • Keen to mentor and guide test teams

  • SC Cleared
