Tokemak (tokemak.xyz) is a novel Web3 protocol designed to generate deep, sustainable liquidity for DeFi and future tokenized applications that will arise throughout the growth and evolution of Web3. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support Tokemak's continued growth.
Job Duties:
-Support the protocol founder by managing day-to-day matters including but not limited to preparing and coordinating communications, complex calendar management, meeting logistics for internal and external appointments,
domestic and international travel arrangements, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables
-Triage and manage the executives' email inboxes, prioritizing what needs to be reviewed and responding on their behalf.
-Provide meeting support, create agendas, attend and take notes, capture action items, and prep for investor updates.
-Light data analysis, parsing numbers and organizing data. Assist in supporting investor raises
-Develop, recommend, implement, and drive initiatives to enhance employee experience to drive business results (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings...)
-Have fun at work and help others do the same
Job Requirements:
-BA/BS degree and 5+ years related experience in a fast-paced environment
-Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the
organization
-Passion for people, team building, and culture
-Ability to prioritize while handling multiple time-sensitive projects
-Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
-Self-starter who works well without constant supervision
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with
professionals inside and outside the company
-Ability to adapt to an ever-changing workflow, including but not limited to leading small projects, planning team off sites, overseeing workspaces, and organizing larger events in conjunction
