We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team.

We are leading marketing agency that works with some of the most innovative companies in web3. Our company is based on the east coast but all of us work remotely.

We are a small but mighty team made up of people from all walks of life, who are interested in pushing the boundaries of marketing, technology, and pop culture.

In addition to that we are all friends, culture is arguably the most important thing here. We hold a high standard and the pressure is on but hey, we are all human, we’d rather have an open discussion, it’s the only way you can really adapt and change things.

Responsibilities -

• As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for full end-to-end client sales 

• Directly working with CEO and C level team to bring in new business and create opportunities for existing pipeline 

• Creation of materials, copy, and pitches on an ad hoc basis 

• Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as emailing, face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking

• Build rapport with hiring managers within existing accounts to increase partnership opportunities for all verticals

• Responsible for researching and generating leads, with a true hunter mentality

• Build a professional network that results in further business opportunities

•Cultivate successful long-term relationships with organizations to further establish us as a trusted company within web3


Qualifications - 

•Competitive/performance-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals

• 3-5 years of prior experience in sales within the web3, technology, startup, and/or blockchain industries 

• High energy and always looking to improve

• Self-starter that acts without being instructed

• Strong interpersonal skills in influencing decision makers

• Persistence, good verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree

• Proven track record of establishing relationships and providing a consultative sales approach
