Webacy is creating a safer web3 for all, through a platform of wallet and transaction protection products. In short: Webacy protects your crypto for the unexpected. We've created a smart contract infrastructure for use cases like a panic button (for emergencies and hacks), a backup wallet (for loss of access or orphaned assets), and even a crypto will. Our self executing contracts (non-custody, no access) allow us to expand into products like auto-triggered asset moves, time locked funds, wallet risk notifications, and more. Product Manager (Web3) - Remote, US preferred but not required

The Opportunity:
As one of the first product managers at Webacy, you'll drive the product roadmap and execution for core products. You'll work cross-functionally with the engineering, design, and go to market teams to determine what products to build and bring them to life.

Requirements:

• Crypto native - you understand the jargon. you're a crypto user yourself and own assets, have used apps in the web3 world, and are an active participant in crypto communities and culture. Ideally, you have worked at a web3 company or on a web3 project before.
• Previous experience as a PM for a tech company or startup - you know the basics of how to do the job and can bring experience to the team. Former founder experience is a plus.
• You're technical (enough). you should be able to understand the majority of the underlying technology behind the core of our products and services. you'll need a solid command of technical concepts to be able to successfully work with our engineering team and develop the services in our roadmap. Engineering background is a plus - you’re a tinkerer.
• Excellent communication skills and a full pm toolbox - ability to communicate well both synchronous and asynchronous, written and spoken, in person and digital, informal and moderately formal domains. We also leverage a suite of company tools like Jira, gitbook, slack, notion, and more.
• Extremely organized and on time
• Historical experience launching and managing a product against budget, talent, revenue, and more, you are the CEO of the product(s)
