Description

Wilder World is seeking a Head of Growth Studio with knowledge of growing AAA games and who knows how to use social media to develop, scale, and cultivate a fervent following and drive revenue.

The Head of Growth Studio is a leadership role and will be assigned to develop a cohesive growth strategy (comprehensive of brand, community and marketing) and root efforts in a compelling experience that connects with our AAA game community and the Web3 culture.

In the first 90 days, the Head of Growth Studio will be tasked to lead projects that will set the foundation for the Citizen Journey and how Growth Studio interacts effectively both within itself and with other Studios.

You will responsible for:

• Collaborating with leadership to establish Growth Studio goals in line with collective OKRs.
• Managing the effectiveness of the Growth Studio teams (Community Development & Engagement, Social Media, Communications, Partnerships, Influencers, Education and Strategy) to shared outcomes.
• Developing campaigns that are aligned with the AAA Games industry and in touch with the Web3 culture.
• Growing the size and engagement of the Wilder community.
• Keeping pulse of, and getting ahead of, community topics, trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Coordinating effectively and efficiently with other Studios.

Requirements

• Web3 Native. We are not interested in anyone learning about Web3.
• Proven. You have done it.
• Smart tenacity. You understand how to put hooks in the product to make revenue growth happen.
• Design sensibility. You understand how to grow a brand through understanding product and design.
• Effective decision making. This space is moving fast; your decision making has to be a step ahead.
