About Us:
Founded in 2009, Dribbble is the top global community for designers and creative professionals and an inspiration destination for over a hundred million people every year. We're empowering creatives around the world to make a living doing what they love. Our mission is to provide support at every stage of a creative's journey; whether that's freelancing, selling their physical and digital goods, or being hired by some of the world's leading design-forward companies.
With many jobs, you have to pick between having a huge impact on the organization (small team) or having a huge impact on the world (big product), but at Dribbble - you get to do both, as part of a 30+ person team, working on one of the world's top 1000 websites.
At Dribbble, we serve a global community and we need a diverse team to do that successfully. Women, people of colour, members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with disabilities, and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide an accessible candidate experience, and if you need any accommodations or adjustments throughout the interview process and beyond, please let us know. We're dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment for employees from all walks of life.
We’re building a fully remote team across North America. We believe that creative collaboration can happen anywhere, and that working remotely shouldn’t have to mean sacrificing a sense of cohesion, community, and connection. We've seen that by combining thoughtful collaboration, frequent communication, and the freedom for people to be their authentic selves, you can do your best work and inspire others to do the same.

- Identifying and solving complex cross-functional challenges related to supporting new crypto-native product initiatives
- Conducting due diligence on crypto projects, including directly liaising with asset issuers. Write internal reports that synthesize your learnings, working cross-functionally to educate various teams on all elements of the projects and program.
- Building and maintaining internal tools to track information about different assets.
We believe it's important for you to have:
- 2+ years experience as a consultant or analyst, preferably obtained in a successful internet/tech startup, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity. You bring a strong understanding of blockchain, protocols, Defi, NFTs, DAOs, the Metaverse, Cefi, Scaling technologies, Middleware and other crypto-native technologies and communities. Investing, or engineering experience (preferably with blockchain engineering) is a strong plus.
- Experience working with startup management teams and cross-functional execs, including product, engineering, legal, and finance.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical field and an MBA is preferred.
- A passion for solving complex problems, and building scalable processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; great listener with the ability to concisely synthesize complex issues. You have the ability to translate complex information effectively across the organization to finance/legal, product and engineering, and executives.
- Excellence in making informed judgements, setting priorities in ambiguous situations, and driving projects to completion while maintaining outstanding quality.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business. You bring a sense of urgency to everything you do, and a strong ability to prioritize the most important work. You contribute to the achievement of the organization’s objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy, identifying and analyzing potential issues that could negatively impact the organization.
