ROLE: FRONT END DEVELOPER

The Front End Developer at GO WFO focuses on designing and developing intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across devices. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, leverages modern technologies like React and Node.js, and stays updated on the latest frontend development trends, all while prioritizing user engagement and platform optimization.

Responsibilities

▪ Lead the design and development of intuitive user interfaces for the GO WFO platforms and applications.

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and high-quality user experiences.

▪ Implement responsive web designs that perform efficiently across multiple devices.

▪ Utilize React for efficient component-based architecture, ensuring the reusability of code.

▪ Leverage Node.js for server-side logic and integrations with backend systems.

▪ Implement innovative UI/UX designs to enhance user engagement and simplify user journeys.

▪ Regularly test and debug to ensure frontend performance and eliminate potential issues.

▪ Work closely with backend developers for seamless API integrations.

▪ Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend development and design, and ensure the platform remains modern and competitive.

Requirements

▪ Proficiency in frontend technologies including React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

▪ Strong grasp of modern UI/UX design principles and tools.

▪ Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

▪ Understanding of SEO principles.

▪ Proficiency in versioning tools, especially GIT.

▪ Familiarity with blockchain technologies and Solidity is a plus.

▪ Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools.

▪ Experience in optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

▪ Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

▪ Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
